RECO Equipment Is Hiring An Experienced Territory Sales Manager In The Florence, KY Area!

Starting Pay From $81,000 Per Year - Benefits Eligible after 90 days of employment

Minimum of 3 Years of Outside Sales Experience REQUIRED

2 Years of Heavy Equipment Sales Experience Preferred

Product Lines: Linkbelt, RokBak, Liebherr, Terex, Hitachi, Cummins engines, Isuzu engines.

Responsibilities:

  • The TRM will represent RECO in the market according to Company Values.
  • Responsible for securing business, related to but not limited to:
    • Planning and executing field rental days which include scheduled meetings, new business prospecting, and cold call job site/office walk-ups.
    • Conduct machine and attachment training for new customers.
    • Ensure consistent performance in key areas of focus ( account management, new business prospecting, effective CRM utilization, product training) 
    • Responsible for the overall performance in a defined geographic territory which is measured by total rental volume, “1st in the Dirt” market share numbers, and profitability.
  • Perform weekly Admin Monday requirements and excel in the Quarterly Reviews that display growth and a willingness to follow our process.
  • Monitor business trends, market intelligence, customer and trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance characteristics to effectively be able to communicate the state of the business.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all GSE products to be able to offer consultative assistance in areas of machine specifications and performance as well as attachments suited for specific needs and market applications.
  • Work closely with the assigned Regional Rental Manager to develop and prioritize new business opportunities, market share growth potentials, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all existing customers and form new partnerships through networking and cold calling.

  • Must be willing to work the “GSE Process”, and meet or exceed all requirements o management.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
  • Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience required. Rental experience preferred.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all customers and leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills and the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Proven ability to effectively market products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Self-starter, proactive, strategic thinker, and resourceful.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and priority-setting skills to complete numerous tasks under time constraints.
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision and also in a team environment - work with other departments for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google platform
  • Familiarity using a CRM-based software.
  • Ability to travel within a territory and work flexible hours as well as work in various environmental conditions. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly evaluate facts, and maintain good judgment when making decisions.
  • Physical ability to climb in and out of vehicles and equipment used for demonstration purposes.
  • The position of Regional Sales Manager is classified as a safety-sensitive position.
