Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on properties and local neighborhoods to effectively address inquiries from potential buyers in Pueblo, CO, US
  • Efficiently coordinate home viewings with buyers, listing agents, and sellers in a timely manner
  • Present suitable properties to buyers based on their preferences and budget to maximize sales opportunities in Pueblo, CO, US
  • Aid clients in determining competitive offer prices and guide them through the closing process for seamless transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client communications in Pueblo, CO, US
