Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year

Location: Remote (WFH) within the United States. For tax and compliance purposes, this role is open to candidates that will work or reside in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY.

Wild Pastures is on a mission to transform the meat industry. We deliver 100% grass fed, pasture-raised, environmentally-regenerative beef, chicken and pork and sustainably caught, wild seafood directly to our customers’ doors. We have incredibly high standards for our meat – all being raised in the USA by small-scale family farmers on lush pastures free from any and all chemicals.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Ad Content Creator to join our dynamic paid media team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our advertising campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok by developing and producing compelling video ads that capture attention and convert viewers into customers. This role requires you to develop 10+ high-quality video ads daily, each designed with strategic angles and hooks to optimize performance and maximize ROI. 

The ideal candidate has a background in media buying and/or developing ads for an e-commerce company with a proven ability to craft ads that perform. 

Essential Functions

1. Daily Video Ad Creation : Spend the majority of your day creating and producing 10+ video ads, capturing content with your own phone and other tools to develop multiple creative angles and variations.
2. Ad Development : Create, produce, and deliver videos specifically tailored to meet the objectives of various campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
3. Creative Strategy : Work closely with the paid media team to craft creative strategies that align with campaign goals, leveraging your understanding of what drives consumer engagement and conversions.
4. Creative Flexibility : Use your media buying insights to develop ads that are optimized for performance, ensuring that each piece of content captures attention and drives action.
5. Hands-On Production : Personally handle the filming, editing, and production of ad content, working independently to generate a high volume of creative assets.
6. Performance Optimization : Monitor the performance of ads and make data-driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness, continuously refining content based on analytics and feedback.
7. Trend Analysis : Keep up with the latest trends in digital advertising, ensuring that our ad content remains innovative, relevant, and competitive.
8. Project Management : Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of quality and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Competencies

1. Technical Skills : Proficiency in video production and editing software, along with the ability to effectively capture content using your own phone or other personal equipment.
2. Creative Skills: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video ads with a track record of driving consumer action and achieving campaign goals.
3. Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize ad content for better performance.
4. Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
5. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Education and Experience

1. 2+ years of experience in filming, editing, and creating performance-driven video ads for platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
2. Comfortable on Camera: Must be willing to be the subject in the ads you create, whether it’s showing your face, hands, etc.

Preferred Education & Experience

1. 2+ years of experience in media buying on platforms like Meta or YouTube is strongly preferred.
2. Health and Wellness e-commerce ads experience is a plus.
3. Health and Wellness background or being passionate about health and wellness is a plus.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

This position is best suited for those who genuinely love creating ad content and videos. This role will be the best fit for someone that is passionate about creating new and exciting content, and being on camera.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies that weigh up to 20 pounds, and to bend and stand as necessary.  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position during regular business hours in the employee’s time zone. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

This position does not require travel.
