Job Description

Position: Quality Control Manager

Position Overview: As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the company's quality standards. You will lead a team of quality control technicians and inspectors, and work closely with other departments to identify and resolve any quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to maintain high standards and meet customer requirements
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze and report on quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Train and mentor quality control technicians and inspectors on quality control procedures and techniques
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and QCM (Quality Control Management) principles and practices
• OSHA 30 certification
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
