Responsibilities and Duties

• You will start as a Assistant Pressure Washing Technician with the goal of quickly becoming a Lead Technician.
• Once you are competent as a Assistant Pressure Washing Technician you will be trained to be a Lead Technician and trained to manage other team members. You will be trained to properly clean the exterior of houses, structures, concrete, buildings, supervise others, clean windows, upsell jobs and provide world class customer service.
• You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to up-sell and get an overview of our entire system and processes. Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly.
• Our Lead Technicians can earn $700-$800 a week. They are VERY detail oriented. They love their jobs. They love this company. They work very hard but get to work outside every day without someone standing over their shoulders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Clean drivers license, clean criminal background, drug free workplace required. WE WILL TRAIN AND CERTIFY YOU.
• Must be able to lift over 40lbs easily and be able to carry ladders safely. Must not be afraid of heights.
• Professional window cleaning experience a plus.
• CANNOT HAVE A FEAR OF HEIGHTS
• ROOFING BACKGROUND A PLUS
• CANNOT HAVE A FEAR OF WORKING ON LADDERS
