Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be a key member of our customer-focused team, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will engage with customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services. Your goal will be to leave every customer satisfied and confident in their interactions with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges according to company policies.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing product-related issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers, contributing to revenue growth.
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Must be a strong communicator: strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in typing
- Must be a peer leader: exemplary attendance, positive attitude, professional conduct and high-level customer service skills
- Solution-Oriented CSR: an individual with a strong sense of integrity and a dedication to quality, one who always goes to the next level to deliver an unforgettable customer experience
- Computer Skills: familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software with provided training.
- Flexibility with scheduling and work hours

- At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Experience working with an automatic dialer
