Pay Hourly rates range from $12 to $19, depending on the schedule. Pay raises are awarded with milestone achievements. Receive weekly pay through direct deposit, with On-Demand Pay also available. In-car safety features: Including inward and outward-facing cameras. As part of the Alto team, you'll feel supported by our Driver Ops team, on-call driver support, and your fellow drivers. Qualifications and Requirements Must be 25 years of age or older. Valid U.S. Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience. Must pass a pre-employment background check and saliva drug screen. A clean driving record: No more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the last 3 years. No driver's license suspensions within the past 3 years. Successful completion of the Driver Training Program is required to become a certified Alto Driver. Fluent in English. Physical Requirements Able to communicate verbally and follow directions from our dispatch team. Comfortable with navigational apps (e.g., Google Maps, Emails, Web Browsing). Capable of entering and exiting the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly/occasionally.
