Job Description

Duties:

• Support marketing team to effectively achieve goals.
• Provide input to the marketing team to improve processes
• Follow up calls to businesses, brokers, and agencies.
• Respond to broker inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other questions via phone, online video conferences, and email.
• Develop and maintain broker relationships.
• Assist with inbound calls from brokers and agencies
• Input new brokers and agencies into CRM
• Submit carrier links via the portal.

Requirements for the role:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business.
• Ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
• Social media marketing experience is a plus.
• Microsoft office and data entry skills required.
