Join the SIMOS Team! We're immediately hiring in the Newark, NJ area! Associates receive $20.00 per hour while working in a fast-paced, material handler position that requires physical stamina and the ability to maneuver materials from one area to another.

Shift Schedule:

• Sunday: 4:00 pm -11:00 pm
• Monday-Thursday: 12:00 am- 4:30 am
• Friday (12/20 only): 12:00 am - 4:30 am

Job Responsibilities

• Scan, sort, load and unload freight for shipping.
• Work at fast pace throughout shift with accuracy.
• Read and confirm package labels Identify.
• Label and package dangerous goods.
• Clean area of trash and debris
• STEEL TOES REQUIRED .
• Able to work in building that is NOT climate-controlled.
• Physical strength to maneuver packages with varied weights for long hours.
• Listen and follow strict guidelines and procedures to ensure safety of self and team members.
• Detailed oriented and able to work at fast pace with accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and able to work extended hours.
• Properly handle and repackage dangerous goods.
• Work in outside environment exposed to weather elements.

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Able to Lift 75 pounds
• Drug Test
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
