Earnings:
For inbound phone work call agents may earn between $0.20 $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project. Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute. Occasionally we may offer other opportunities such as answering emails working tickets and providing chat support all of which pay at different rates.
States We Contract In:
We are currently accepting qualified Virtual Assistants (Independent Contractors) from all US states except CA DE MA LA SD WV WY and VT.
A $17.99 background check fee applies.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a brickandmortar call center environment or 6 months of experience in a virtual call center setting.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear professional phone manner.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Proficiency in using call center software and technology.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to adapt to different client needs and industries.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking calls.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed including evenings and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
Providing accurate information and assistance to callers.
Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary.
Following company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
Adhering to clientspecific guidelines and protocols.
Meeting performance metrics and targets set by the company.
