Summary of the Position:
This position supports the Workforce Development department. The Program Administrator is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of all programs that fall under PMMIU, and the PMMI Foundation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day coordination for PMMI U classes, PMMI U Skills Fund, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mechatronics program.

• Organize all logistics for open-enrollment and in-plant classes.

• Maintain Moodle LMS.

• Maintain all workforce contacts in Salesforce CRM.

• Update and maintain departmental website content.

• Assist with marketing content including video creation and editing.

• Proofreading training materials

• Assist with PACK Challenge competition coordination.

• Assist in tradeshow preparation and activities: Amazing Packaging Race, high school student tours, PMMI Booth.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• 2 - 4 years of experience working in an office setting

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

• Advanced proficiency with Moodle LMS a must.

• Able to balance multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible, a team player who can adapt to changing program needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work in and learn web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications

• Ability to travel (less than (10%) and work flexible hours occasionally).
