General Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing department on various projects as needed.
Job Duties: - Researching media opportunities, potential target consumer populations and industry trends.
- Responsible for performing on site promotional & marketing duties as needed.
- Assists Marketing Managers with social media projects.
- Assist in creating and editing social media and video content.
- Responsible for aiding in the coordination of Event Ticket Trades.
- Responsible for report generation and performing internet research.
- Perform general administrative duties including project assistance, filing and record maintenance.
- Maintains a neat and clean appearance and courteous communication with patrons and public.
- Demonstrates the Company's Mission Statement.
- Maintains complete confidentiality of all information received and keeps any information critical to that position.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: - Requires a level of general education normally acquired in first or second year of college to interact in a professional manner with patrons and employees. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, based on event schedule
- Proven interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional manner with patrons as well as maintain open channels of communication with all department and supervisory personnel when providing information.
- Must be able to deal with patrons and the public in a tactful and discretionary manner.
- Must be able to understand the concept of extreme customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate course of action when resolving customer concerns.
- Ability to type and edit reports, correspondence, forms, reports, and other documents.
- Has proven social media skills and keeps up to date with latest Marketing tools.
- Ability to be always enthusiastic and responsive to customer needs and portrays a positive image of the Company.
- Must follow dress code. Clothes must be always clean and neat in appearance. The face should be free of jewelry.
- Must be knowledgeable in office procedures and company policies and be capable of responding to questions in a professional and businesslike manner.
- Requires ability to accurately give and receive information, formulate work plans, and prepare written materials.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills.
