Your Role:

• Design and engineer scalable, dependable and efficient global architectures for Fortune 500 companies.
• Translate functional/business use cases to technical requirements for engineers.
• Review development to ensure sound principles of repeatability, modularity and consistency.
• Consult with Fortune 500 companies on key architectural design decisions to reach acceptance on compliance (CCPA, GDPR), scalable data models, integration patterns and data orchestration pipelines.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives within Treasure Data to ensure the product is ever-evolving.

About You:

• A strong background in data & technology and an extensive track record (5-10 years or more) of successful implementations of customer focused solutions.
• Good understanding of Marketing Analytics and the Martech/Adtech Industry a plus.
• Deep knowledge and 7+ years of experience in SQL, and have successfully deployed data-oriented solutions in the recent past (DW, BI, ETL, Hadoop, etc).
• Have strong customer communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to dive into technical topics and know-how, to successfully work as a trusted advisor to ensure the success of prospects and customers.
• 5+ years of experience coding with a scripting language such as Python, Ruby or Java. 3+ years.
• In web development, have a firm grip over technologies such as Javascript, Node.js and HTML.
• Engagement with developers, business analysts, and IT confidently and succinctly and understand how they want to work with data.
• Strong experience architecting solutions within cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)

About the Team:

• The professional services team helps Fortune 500 / G2K customers adopt Treasure Data by integrating the CDP in their existing tech stack, collaborating with best practices and growing / evolving the CDP for future use cases
• The Solutions Architect will be the face of implementations acting as a strong, technological resource providing strategic, architectural direction
• The candidate should possess the ability to drive implementations through completion by leveraging architectural knowledge, strong development experience and consulting expertise

Physical Requirements: 

Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.” 

Travel Requirements: 

Requires peaks of 25% travel to visit clients
