Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Midland, TX. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients who need to dispose of crude oil solids or salvage contaminated crude oil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Identify and engage with potential clients in the oil and gas sector to offer our disposal and reclamation services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Present and promote our services to prospective clients and demonstrate how our solutions can address their disposal and salvage needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients unique needs related to crude oil disposal and contamination. Offer tailored solutions and provide expert advice on how our services can help manage and dispose of their crude oil bi-products.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up. Address any issues or concerns promptly and ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of crude oil, bi-products, and contamination processes. Familiarity with industry regulations and environmental compliance is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing outstanding service and support.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
