Position Overview: As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager at GSM Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of commercial roofing projects. From initial planning through to project completion, your expertise will be essential in maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project workflow to ensure timely and successful completion of all assigned projects.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align project goals with company mission, vision, and values.
- Participate in planning meetings with estimators to review project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
- Facilitate subcontractor coordination meetings when applicable.
- Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project schedules.
- Prepare and conduct production meetings to review project status, challenges, and adjustments needed.
- Monitor project costs and billing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with estimates and schedules.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling, spreadsheet, database, and word processing software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and project documentation.
