Job Description

• The Program Coordinator will assist the Program Manager in all aspects of current program management as well as program expansion efforts.
• The Coordinator will help to develop, organize, and update policies and procedures for the program.
• The Coordinator will maintain regular communication with all program staff, disseminating information as needed.
• The Coordinator will ensure the collection and reporting of program data as directed by the Data and Grants Management team.
• The Coordinator will serve as the liaison between program partners and the program, itself, and will conduct trainings on program subject matter expertise and the programmatic model.
• The Program Coordinator is also responsible for other pertinent duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
• The Candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and flexible as this position will grow and duties may expand as Center for Hope continues to grow

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Studies, Family Science, Psychology, Criminal Justice or other similar fields (degree must be obtained within six months of hire).
• For research position, Master's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in social science research experience
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Part time in office position, 3 days per week
