$86,500 - $167,500 yearly

• Conduct thorough research on potential homes and local communities to provide detailed responses to buyer inquiries effectively.
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule home showings with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the lead agent to showcase properties that meet the needs and budgets of buyer clients, contributing to increased sales opportunities.
• Assist clients in determining appropriate offer prices and guide them through a smooth closing process for a fair transaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proactively conduct lead follow-ups, generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct consultations, and successfully close sales.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies is preferred, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Strong self-motivation is essential for this role, as it requires the capacity to work autonomously.
• Demonstrates a determined attitude, motivation, and a keenness for professional advancement.
• Holds a real estate license currently or is actively working towards obtaining one.
• Exceptional communication skills are a prerequisite for this position.
