Job Description: Job Family Definition: Designs, plans, develops and manages a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products; planning, design, forecasting, and production; to end of life. The Product Manager Intern will apply developed knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs. This intern will support the internal and external customers in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit's primary function. Will prepare Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bill of Materials (BOM). Develop thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution, such as coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners, update schedule and resource allocation, and track progress against the established plan to meet product requirements and development schedule. Assists with materials preparation, testing samples arrangement, and logistic support, including but not limited to, researching information, analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinate work processes following work unit manager's directions, and other established administrative procedures. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions for new assignments. Job: Engineering Job Level: N/A States with Pay Range Requirement The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered.
