Job Description
What we do is simple. We are a B2B provider of customized print, graphic, and POP solutions used in industrial, manufacturing, and retail.
What we are looking for is also simple. We’re hiring for an Industrial Graphic Designer who is experienced with print, graphics, or signage. This role will implement design requirements into our products on behalf of our customers, and, will support and perform the internal print production.
Design within our company is pretty straight forward. In most cases, our customers are providing the criteria for design (think SKU’s, locations, sizes, part #’s, logos, images, slogans, other industrial needs), and you will be layering those into production orientated files so we can produce (print, route, laser, engrave, cut, assemble, etc…). In this capacity, you will interface with customers to ensure efficiency, and from those now manufacturable designs, you will participate in the production and finishing of those items. This role gets a nice mixture of both!
Graphic design skills are required, and additional computer skills are very helpful. We prefer you also have good communication skills as you’ll interface with 3rd parties, internal sales teams, and your operations colleagues. Creativity, vision, and a great attitude are all must have’s. Any experience within a traditional print, digital print, or signage environment will be a huge bonus.
We would love to see candidates with relevant experience working in design related roles within industrial environments. We prefer candidates that have great communication skills (that means both verbal and written), computer and software literate, and are self-motivated and very disciplined.
