Job Description: Practice Manager 

Position Overview: This hands-on position requires active participation in various departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care. The Practice Manager reports directly to the owners and plays a key role in managing staff, coordinating resources, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Physician and Patient Liaison: Serve as a liaison between physicians and patients to address concerns, improve communication, and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Coordination: Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency.
• Direct Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for direct communication with the owners, providing regular updates on operations, challenges, and opportunities.
• Human Resource Management: Oversee human resource functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• On-Call Coverage: Participate in an on-call rotation for Saturday coverage (10am-4pm), ensuring continuity of operations and responsiveness to urgent matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor???s degree is preferred
• 2+ years as a Practice Manager
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
