Description
The Pool Grounds is solely responsible for the cleanliness of the pools grounds and immediate surrounding area which includes handrails steps and mats. As well as the safety and upkeep of the entire pools area. This includes all handrails, bridges, creeks, signage, steps, chairs, tables, umbrellas, and any other guest-impacting item. They will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their equipment. This includes pressure washers, hoses, spray guns, lights, pumps, personal protective equipment, and any other items required to complete their work.
3 shifts available for this position- AM shift 7am-330pm | PM shift 3pm- 1130pm Responsibilities: - Complying with OSHA safety regulations
- They are responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of all 25 geothermal pools at our hot springs daily.
- The Pool Attendants will be responsible for area beautification and ensure guest experience and impact.
- Taking inventory of all items needed to successfully perform the job
- Storing and upkeep of all Pool cleaning equipment to help maintain a safe workplace for all.

Education & Experience: - High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in pool attendance and maintenance preferred (but not necessary training will be provided)
Physical requirements: - Flexible and overtime possible
- Must be able to work weekends
- Willing to work overnight and in various temperatures in outdoor environments
- Moderate to Vigorous Physical Work - lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects required

Salary Description
$16.00 to 17.50 starting hourly
