We are looking for a polished, ultra-discreet chauffeur with C-level experience in executive protection. Must seriously commit to protecting every aspect of the confidentiality of the Principals. Must be professional, enthusiastic, smart, and committed personal driver. As a personal driver, you must be an organized creative self-starter with a whatever takes attitude. We are looking for someone who wants to build a relationship with the Principal. The candidate will be proactive, able to anticipate Principals' needs and provide exceptional service in a timely manner. Privacy, discretion, and loyalty are paramount for this position. Qualified candidates pay close attention to details, possess a positive, upbeat attitude and can work independently.
**Primary role:**
As a personal driver you must be flexible and reliable. An ideal candidate must be able to possess good communication skills and be able to work within or lead a team when it is required. You will be expected to be mannerly and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations while on the job. An ideal candidate you will be able to manage a fleet of vehicles including but not limited to cars, boats, and outdoor vehicles. All passengers will have gone through our COVID screening process and we would want the driver to also be screened for COVID as well.
Full-time (Saturdays or Sundays may be required, plus 3-4 weekdays, on call as needed)

- *Scope of Services:**
- This person will be the ultimate go-to person for Principals fast paced, ever changing lifestyle
- Safely drive the principals and guests to occasions
- Loading and unloading principals and guests possessions, as required
- Prepare/maintain principals' comfort items in the vehicles
- Traveling via the most efficient routes, unless otherwise directed
- Complying with road regulations at all times
- Able to manage a fleet of vehicles (cars, outdoor vehicles, boats, etc.)
- Help plan, facilitate, and lead principals interests via outdoor excursions, etc.
- Proactive and able to anticipate principals needs and provide exceptional service in a timely manner
- Experience driving a wide array of vehicles including but not limited to cars, outdoor vehicles, and boats
- Able to maintain confidentiality and ensuring that guests identities and conversations remain confidential
- Calm, rational behavior and attitude under stressful conditions are attributes of a professional
- Actively look for ways to improve principals experience
- Must be able to follow instructions and requests without argument or complaint, and do not comment, engage or join in conversations of guests without permission
- Keeping the vehicles immaculate inside and out and keeping in contact with team members regarding itineraries, logistics, travel times, and location
- Confidently manage emergencies.

- *Top Skills/ Experience**
- 3-5 years experience as a Personal Driver, 6 pack license will be a plus
- Recent experience driving for high profile Principals or C-Level Executives a must. Cool, calm demeanor
- Recent experience driving a wide array of vehicles including SUVs, custom passenger bus and luxury sedans.
- Good health and physically fit. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Service oriented, flexible and able to accommodate spontaneous changes to routines and plans.
- Long-term intent
- Able to work legally in the United States, with a valid passport, drivers license, spotless driving record, and clear criminal record
- Expert in Electronic navigation systems and smartphones
- Great interpersonal skills
