What You’ll Do:

• Show homes to prospective buyers, delivering an exceptional experience
• Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales process
• Schedule and coordinate showings efficiently to maximize your time and impact
• Provide insightful feedback to the team based on client preferences and market conditions
• Work closely with our team of experienced agents to support client needs and ensure seamless transactions
• Attend open houses and showcase listings with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed real estate agent (or working toward your license)
• Strong knowledge of the Queens market (or willingness to learn quickly!)
• Excellent communication and people skills—this role is client-facing, so charisma is a must! 
• A person who is willing to go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience for our clients and is willing to get outside their comfort zone when learning something new.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Punctuality is a must!
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn from a team of top producers
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must have access to a car

$50,000 - $65,000 yearly

• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Driven, motivated and desires professional growth

• Access to a car
