Private Duty Nurses provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. We are actively seeking LPNs and RNs for our Pediatric and Adult patients who are chronically ill in a home setting. We will tailor a schedule that revolves around you.

_*LPN Pay Rate - $33/hr*_

*Job Responsibility*
* Medication/Oxygen/Injection administration without error
* Provide impeccable care to clients by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management.
* Deliver professional nursing services including direct nursing care in the areas of health maintenance, nutrition, activities of daily living, treatment and prevention of illness.
* Assessing the patient's condition and charting patient’s care.
* Participate in staff training and maintain infection control standards.
* Patients may need Vent Care, G-Tube Care and/or Tracheostomy Care

*Job Qualification*
* Current License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
* Proof of employment authorization and identity
* Strong recreational, interpersonal and communication skills, in daily activities.
* Ability to work independently in a team environment.
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet program needs
* CPR certification required
* Strong assessment and documentation skills
* 1-year practical nursing experience a plus (new graduates are welcome to apply)
* Must be reliable, dependable and on time
