Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Salary: $120,000-$130,000 per year, plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues and relationship dynamics.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their goals and challenges.
• Respond to crises effectively, providing immediate support and intervention to clients in distress or facing emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including medical and behavioral health teams, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources, promoting overall wellness and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions, treatment progress, and assessments while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution
• A ctive California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills here.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
