The role: This person will understand the role of learning in creating an exceptional customer experience and programs that align with our business goals. This role will be responsible for the end to end learning journey of our customer support teams and the “certification process” ensuring all of our teammates are enabled to succeed. What You’ll Do: Design and develop compelling learning experiences within an agile framework Rapidly prototype and iterate on learning products and solutions Leverage user research, data, and testing to drive design decisions Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders throughout design Apply human-centered design, accessibility, and learning science principles Continuously gather feedback and optimize the learner experience Champion design thinking, innovation, and modern learning strategies Experience: 7-10 years’ experience in instructional design, UX design, interaction design Bachelor’s Degree Expertise on end-to-end learning experience design Expertise in modern learning technologies, authoring tools, frameworks Agile mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams Strong problem solver and systems thinking abilities Excellent communication and data visualization skills Passion for creating seamless, impactful learning experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
