What you'll do

  • Training Needs Analysis and Learning Path Development:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and performance gaps, and build learning paths for onboarding and ongoing programs.
  • Learning Design and Development:
    • Create engaging learning modules using instructional design theories, and develop materials with tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Canva.
  • Program Implementation and Support:
    • Facilitate the rollout of learning programs across platforms, and lead engaging in-person, virtual, and blended sessions.
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Implement strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize programs.
  • Strategic HR and L&D Initiatives:
    • Support HR initiatives such as organizational design and change management, and partner with business leaders to improve performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Management:
    • Maintain communication with stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive the resolution of risks and issues.
  • Learning Materials and Documentation:
    • Prepare training job aids, manuals, and multimedia instructional materials, and manage their maintenance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to launch programs on time and implement targeted learning solutions.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Perform other tasks or functions as required, requested, necessary, or prudent from time to time.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong desire to work in a purpose-driven organization
  • Demonstrated capability and passion for developing talent and a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engagement
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the senior management level and across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytic, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to lead multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize workload and to work independently
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Five years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
  • College degree in a related field (Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, etc.)
