Opportunity

We are looking for a smart Learning Experience Designer who is hungry to accomplish our mission to help people thrive in life and work and contribute more in a rapidly changing, technology-driven world. • Collaborating with, learning from, and consulting teams internal and external to BrainStorm on how to be the best at aiding organizations (via their users) to use technology as they should.
  • Managing and coordinating multiple initiatives at a time, staying agile and being responsive to the changing needs and priorities of the business.
  • Analyzing data to continuously improve the quality, integrity, and success of our processes, product, and experiences.
  • Being a good human - willing to make friends, inspire and lead, learn from others, do hard things, and genuinely care about and lift those around them.

Qualifications
  • A passion for unlocking the potential of end-user software, creating learning experiences that lead to behavior change, and challenging the status quo of adult learning.
  • Experience in designing learning experiences according to targeted learning objectives.
  • Understanding of learning and/or change management theories and methodologies.
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity, manage time effectively, work independently, be self-motivated, manage multiple projects, and be highly detail oriented.
  • Interest in innovating approaches to enhance customer, learner, and company success.
  • The ability to independently identify problems, design projects to research and solve them, and the ability to execute to the finish line.
  • A willingness to be scientific and academic to establish the "next practices" in adult learning, software adoption, and change.
  • A bachelor's degree and, preferably, 13 years of professional experience.

If you are an innovative thinker with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences, we invite you to apply and to join our dynamic team at BrainStorm. Together, we can drive transformative change and elevate the learning experiences of our enterprise clients.
