We're now looking to build depth within our Human Resources team. This role will provide direct support for our manufacturing, supply chain, and operations departments and will offer the right person an opportunity of shaping the future of HR at BioSpectra! In the next few months, we will also be looking for more senior HR professional who can ultimately assume the HR leadership role for BioSpectra in anticipation of the current HR Director reducing his overall presence in the next twelve to eighteen months.

Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing performance management, human resources policies, non-exempt compensation, training and employee retention programs. This position will also be responsible to work with assigned department managers regarding recruiting, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
