• Cosmetology Student or 1+ year salon assistant experience

• Salon upkeep: maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day on our salon floor, backabar and color bar area including sweeping floors, restocking supplies and laundry. Make sure the day is running smoothly with the stylists.
  • Laundry duties include folding and putting away
  • Prepare salon trays and ensure they are clean
  • Thoroughly follow opening/closing procedures
• Assist stylists : Greet and prepare guests for services (i.e. shampooing hair, applying basic treatments) assist stylists with tasks as needed.
• Product knowledge : Stay informed with our salon haircare products and services to help assist our guests with recommendations.
• Customer service : provide excellent guest support, and perform all duties behind the shampoo bowl (shampoo, condition, scalp massage)

• Continuous In-Salon Education: Stay ahead with exclusive classes that offer the latest trends and techniques.
• In Salon Assistant Training Program: Our Training Program will prepare you to become a successful stylist behind the chair (must have a valid cosmetology license plus be employed with Keema Salon 90+ days prior to enrolling into our Program)
