Doyle Security Services is currently recruiting for a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager. In this role you will be responsible for building a 24/7/365 GSOC for a multinational media client and managing a team of operators that must assess domestic and international risk to the firm's buildings, events, and operations, provide duty of care support for the firm's journalists and business travelers, lead firm-wide crisis management, and operate all company access control and video monitoring systems.

You have :

  • A bachelor's degree, with at least five (5) years' experience managing a fast paced, high pressure, and multicultural GSOC environment with multiple personnel and multiple sites. Fluent in English, with Spanish language a plus.
  • Extensive program management, process development, and governance experience, a strong security and intelligence analysis background, and the ability to drive change, leading improvement and innovation at scale across an organization.
  • A growth and solutions oriented mindset.
  • The ability to couple self-motivated initiative with good judgment, collaboration, and strong upward communication skills to internal and external client stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to plan for and effectively manage change - processes, policies, and/or technology.
  • Demonstrated comfort with technology, with the ability to quickly navigate and oversee the use of multiple systems, databases, and applications. Experience with C-Cure 9000 required; visitor management systems, and/or ServiceNow applications a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills - briefing senior client representatives and the ability to develop written security and intelligence products is a must.
  • Strong experience in people management, including proven ability to manage conflict successfully and experience gathering and analyzing data to create metrics that support continuous program improvement.

You will :

  • Build out the client's strategic vision for the GSOC through process, procedure and policy development, accountability and responsibility frameworks, and performance and auditing metrics to meet client KPIs and SLAs.
  • Design and implement overarching global governance structures which ensure globally consistent standards across our operations center, while also devolving authority and responsibility regionally/locally as appropriate.
  • Develop a GSOC-led intelligence and crisis management program for the firm.
  • Manage the day-to-day personnel operations of the GSOC, serving as the primary client contact for operational escalations and concerns.
  • Establish and maintain the training of the GSOC operator staff, including developing a program to foster their professional advancement.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and responsibilities across shifts, to include implementing contingency plans to prevent gaps in service deliverables and operational standards.
  • Succinctly articulate, communicate, and follow up on reported incidents in a timely manner and thoroughly troubleshoot technology issues.
  • Regularly attend client meetings to report on contractual and operational KPIs and SLAs involving the team's performance and service delivery for each of the three GSOC work streams (intelligence analysis, travel and crisis management, and access control).
  • Be on-site in the GSOC Monday-Friday. You must also be available to support as needed after hours, weekends, and holidays for urgent escalations.
