Scope of Work:

Capio Group is looking for a Functional Analyst to work as part of a system integration team to provide solution implementation, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services for the Client. 
The team will develop and implement a Salesforce solution that will replace the client’s existing thirty-one (31) existing program area applications (primarily Microsoft .NET), which often supports overlapping functions, each with its own interfaces and unique outputs. The solution must eliminate the manual effort to process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for a number of program applications while continuing to electronically process the $1.5 billion annually (and 100,000 transactions per year) for the fund which is currently managed via Oracle E-Business Suite. 
The implementation services include all the work required to prepare, modify, and configure the solution to meet solution requirements including the preparation and loading of data, system testing, applicable training, organizational change management, go-live and post-go-live support.

The Functional Analyst - General has overall responsibility to ensure the solution meets required functionality and complies with State policy and regulations and best practices. Specific tasks including but not limited to:

• Has overall responsibility for integration of required functions into the single solution.
• Ensures end-to-end functional design and configurations are consistent and seamless across all business functions.
• Manages the analysis and development of business process workflows and ensures the solution is configured to support the business processes.
• Manages the functional integration team in design and configuration activities in compliance with all project plans.
• Collaborates with the client and OCM team to identify and document OCM impacts.
• Provides design specifications for needed configuration and customization.
• Supports testing activities.

Mandatory Experience:

1. Within the last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for five (5) years compiling, analyzing, interpreting, configuring, and managing information in IT systems for a cloud-based SaaS solution(s) with 5,000+ users.
2. Within the last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for five (5) years performing analysis and design tasks on modernization project(s) upgrading or replacing legacy solutions to new platforms.
3. Within the last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for three (3) years applying analytical processes on cloud-based SaaS solution(s) involving software development and data migration.
4. Must be able to provide references for all projects used to meet the Mandatory and Desirable Qualifications.

Desirable Experience :

1. Within the last 15 years, served in a lead role one (1) year on a complex information technology (IT) project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) working with Agile software development and implementation; including developing sprints; creating themes, epics, user stories, detailed design; in addition, experience subdividing proposed work into logical sprints for the development team.
2. Holds a current business process/Agile certification (one of the following):
   1. Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)®
   2. Agile Scrum Master Certification from a recognized institute (e.g., PMI, Scrum Alliance)
   3. International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
   4. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
   5. Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification®
   6. Association of Business Process Management Professionals, Certified Business Process Professional
   7. Object Management Group Certified Expert in Business Process Management 2 (OCEB 2), intermediate or higher
