We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Center Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our fulfillment operations, you will be responsible for accurately processing and packing customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting daily performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Track and report inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper storage of items.
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily and weekly productivity goals.
• Assist with unloading and receiving incoming shipments and replenishing stock as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods.
• Follow company procedures for handling hazardous materials or special products, if applicable.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations is a plus.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Basic computer skills or familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to [50 lbs/weight requirement].
• Capable of working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
