To support our mission, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Protection Specialist with a background in armed security, law enforcement, or the military.

Position Overview:

As an Executive Protection Specialist with Vanguard Intelligence & Security Group, you will be tasked with ensuring the safety and security of our esteemed clients. This role demands exceptional tactical skills, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to perform under high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Close Protection: Deliver personal protection services to executives, VIPs, and other high-profile individuals, ensuring their safety during both domestic and international assignments.

Threat Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and implement effective countermeasures.

Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed security plans, including protection strategies for travel, events, and residential security.

Surveillance and Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate security systems and procedures, ensuring all protective measures are operational.

Crisis Response: Act swiftly and effectively in response to security incidents, emergencies, or any potential threats.

Coordination: Work closely with law enforcement, government agencies, and other security personnel to ensure seamless protection.

Training: Provide security briefings and training to clients and team members to enhance overall safety awareness.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military service.

Armed Security: Proven experience in armed security roles, including the ability to handle firearms responsibly and effectively.

Skills: Demonstrated ability to assess risks, implement security measures, and manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.

Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition with the capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

Technology: Proficiency with security technologies, surveillance systems, and communication tools.

Flexibility: Availability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, and willingness to travel as needed.

Medical Training: Medical training or certifications are preferred but not required.

Discretion: High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
