The Executive Protection Agent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of a high-profile individual and their family. This role requires a highly trained and experienced professional capable of providing discreet, effective, and proactive protection while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Personal Protection:**
- Provide close protection during official and personal events.
- Conduct advance security planning for all travel, meetings, and public appearances.
- Implement and manage security protocols tailored to the individual’s specific needs and risks.

2. **Travel Security:**
- Plan and execute secure transportation logistics for domestic and international travel.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and security agencies to ensure secure travel routes and safe accommodations.
- Conduct threat assessments and adjust security measures accordingly.

3. **Risk Assessment:**
- Continuously assess and evaluate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management plans.
- Stay informed of geopolitical developments and potential risks impacting the individual.

4. **Security Operations:**
- Monitor and maintain the security systems and equipment at the individual’s residence and offices.
- Manage and oversee security details, including coordinating with other security personnel and agencies.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations promptly and effectively.

5. **Confidentiality and Professionalism:**
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding all matters related to the individual.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, local authorities, and other relevant parties.

6. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation as required.
- Provide regular briefings to the individual and senior officials on security status and incidents.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military special operations. Experience with high-profile individuals is highly desirable.
- **Skills:**
- Advanced knowledge of security procedures and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in security technologies and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

- **Certifications:**
- Relevant certifications such as Executive Protection Specialist (EPS), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or similar credentials preferred.
- Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) certification required.
- **Clearance:** Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to perform physical tasks related to security operations, including standing for long periods, responding swiftly in emergencies, and potentially engaging in physical altercations if necessary.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina.

**Additional Requirements:**

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
