Hybrid Work Environment:

At Goldstream Group, we offer evaluation consultants a flexible hybrid work environment for employees based in our Alaska offices. This model combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Employees typically split their time between working in the office and working from home, allowing for a balance that enhances productivity and work-life integration.

Our hybrid approach features:

  • Flexible schedules that blend in-office and remote workdays
  • State-of-the-art technology and digital tools to ensure seamless collaboration
  • A strong emphasis on clear communication and regular team interactions
  • A focus on results and output rather than time spent at a desk

This hybrid model allows our employees to enjoy the best of both worlds: the personal connections and collaborative energy of in-office work, combined with the flexibility and comfort of working from home. We believe this approach fosters creativity, increases job satisfaction, and ultimately leads to better outcomes for our clients and our team.

While we prefer candidates who can work in one of our Alaska offices and participate in this hybrid model, we are also open to considering fully remote employees for this position.

If you are passionate about evaluation, committed to excellence, and eager to contribute to meaningful change, we want to hear from you! Join the Goldstream Group team and help us continue to deliver high-quality, impactful evaluations that drive positive outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
