Overview:

We are seeking two Electrical Project Managers in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience managing industrial or heavy commercial electrical projects, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for someone local to the Indianapolis area who is adept at managing multiple projects and comfortable with travel.

Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Manage industrial and heavy commercial electrical projects valued up to $2 million, from initiation through completion.

- Multi-Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously; the number of projects managed will depend on project size.

- Budget Management: Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets and timelines.

- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any project-related concerns.

- Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 25% as needed for project oversight and client meetings.

- Documentation Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.

- Software Proficiency: Utilize MS Office for project management tasks; knowledge of Accubid for estimating is preferred.

Qualifications:

- Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management for electrical industrial and heavy commercial projects.

- Local Candidate: Must be local to the Indianapolis area.

- Project Experience: Experience with projects valued at $2 million or more.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office required; experience with Accubid preferred.

- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% as required for project needs.
