SalesBizLab is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and readily accessible.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities: 

• Input and update data accurately and efficiently into various databases and systems.
• Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
• Assist with generating reports and performing data analysis as required.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
