Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Enter and update data into databases and computer systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of physical and digital files.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies.
• Perform regular data audits and ensure compliance with data entry standards.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including filing and document management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
