Miller’s Textile Services is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our Wapakoneta, Ohio location. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately inputting customer account information as well as addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner. This position is an integral part of our organization, essential to ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. This position is required to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm in our Wapakoneta office. Remote work is not available for this position.

What will you do?

  • Manage and create new accounts through precise data entry
  • Process special orders promptly
  • Communicates customer needs to Regional Manager and RSSR promptly
  • Creates daily customer invoicing and emails accordingly
  • Processes uniform orders
  • Responds to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Processes cancelled accounts and stops delivery
  • Work is generally performed in an office environment
  • Other related duties as assigned to support the Customer Service team

What are the minimum qualifications?

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • One year of prior related work experience preferred
  • Must be capable of learning proprietary ERP system as it relates to customer service role
  • Must have proficient math skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
