Job Description:
As a Corporate Finance Analyst at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for providing detailed financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making across various corporate finance functions. You will play a key role in evaluating financial performance, conducting financial forecasting, preparing budgets, and assisting with mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital budgeting, and financial modeling. Your expertise will support senior management in evaluating the financial health of the company, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving key business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial strategies align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and trends to support corporate financial strategy.

• Assist in the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

• Perform financial analysis to assess the company's performance and recommend improvements.

• Support senior finance executives in executing M&A activities and other financial transactions.

• Prepare financial presentations for board meetings and management reviews.

• Conduct valuation analysis, financial due diligence, and market assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis.

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting techniques.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
