About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide strategic and operational leadership for its clinical development portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of the pipeline with new product candidates and indications, as well as leading all U.S. clinical research and development functions from Pre-IND through Phase 4. This includes guiding the clinical team, managing cross-functional teams for trial execution, and ensuring that the operational strategy is in line with regulatory and operational goals. The CMO will also be a senior scientific representative, engaging in regulatory interactions, and building relationships with key opinion leaders. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a proven track record in pharmaceutical drug development, with extensive experience in all phases, including NDA submissions and post-approval activities. The role requires strong interpersonal and management skills, with a focus on effective cross-functional partnerships and team leadership.
