The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will spearhead our marketing and strategic partner accounts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. With visionary prowess, the CMO will forge NewGround's corporate marketing strategies, orchestrating a symphony of teamwork with our business development team to execute them. This innovative leader will craft cutting-edge marketing strategies, guiding their implementation through adept management of internal teams, external agencies, and strategic partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate with the executive leadership team creating and implementing corporate growth strategies. Lead and inspire marketing and strategic partnerships. Sculpt and manage visionary marketing and business development strategies, aligned with our corporate growth objectives. Curate and oversee departmental budget. Engineer lead generation initiatives through a blend of internal resources and targeted digital advertising campaigns.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Cultivate the NewGround brand, amplifying its prominence. Craft and refine departmental presentation content, aligning it with NewGround's brand narrative. Forge a strategic alliance marketing blueprint, identifying and nurturing partnerships across diverse sectors. Take center stage at national and international trade shows, embodying the company's brand. Structure a corporate speaking strategy, involving NewGround's subject matter experts in global events. Design and implement presentation training programs for internal resources, fostering skill enhancement. Supervise dynamic proposal, RFP, and Strategic Alliance document creation. Guide corporate communications and white paper origination. Collaborate closely with the business development team, offering support tailored to their identified targets and real-time sales requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES
