Requirements for the position:  

• Must pass criminal back ground check 
• Must pass drug screen  
• Must have a clean driving record - MVR 
• Must possess Great Customer Service skills

• Must be a Self-Disciplined and Motivated person 
• Must be able to multi-task and be an extremely Organized person

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older 

 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $31,200 to $43,680 annually  

Job Description & Responsibilities:  

• Perform installs for Cable, Internet, and Digital Phone 
• Handle changes of service, additional outlet installation, and disconnect of service 
• Analyze picture quality and judge based on meter reading 
• Manipulate connectors, fasteners, and wires 
• Use custom CATV hand and power tools in performance. 
• Complete appropriate paperwork functions as required by management. 
• Read signal levels through use of field strength meter; add and subtract levels in installation problems; install connectors on different types of drop cable; maintain proper clearances; install tap-off devices 
• Maintain inventory of equipment 
• Other duties will be at management discretion. 
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, replaces, and upgrades components 
• Treats customers with respect, courtesy and professionalism at all times and provides excellent customer service which meets our targeted standards

Requirements

* Must have a valid Driver’s License 1-2 years work experience as a Cable and Internet Installer Clean driving record with no violations Able to lift and carries loads up to 50lbs (including ladder). Work within limited confines such as crawl spaces. Must be ability to work in all-weather climates. Must be 21 years of age Must be able to pass a background, drug screening, and MVR check If needed, be able to travel Reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours as needed Ability to maintain confidentiality in all areas Fiber or IT experience preferred Attention to detail to ensure tasks are complete thoroughly and correct
