Sales Consultant Job Requirements:
Providing top-notch service throughout the customer’s buying experience.
Spend time with customers to help determine their needs and discuss the best vehicle options.
Commit to becoming an automotive expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
Communicating effectively with persistent in-person, over the phone, text, and email follow-up.
Basic computer skills: using various provided software as selling tools.
Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training and open to constructive feedback.
We are closed on Sunday but do require Saturday availability and 2 evenings a week. You can expect one day off during the week and up to two Saturdays off each month based on production goals being exceeded.
Maintain sales floor and lot organization, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
Leverage social media to promote vehicles, generate sale opportunities, and attract business.
