Position Summary The assembler position involves the completion of various assembly and packaging assignments by operating standard or specially designed small equipment (labeling, weighing, sealing, etc.) to place or arrange products into specified boxes, cartons or other customer container.
Job Details - $17-$18hrly
- Schedule: 1st Shift
- 4:30a - 3:00p
- Monday-Thursday, 4 x 10 hour day
- $1500 Sign on Bonus! (Not applicable to internal applicants)

Duties - Assemble product per documented Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to maintain production rates
- Performs quality in line audit checks
- Takes care of daily shop clean ups and maintain 6S organization
- Operates machinery, as required by the assigned cell rotation
- Other applicable tasks as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager
Education Degree High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience - 1 year manufacturing experience, preferred
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. maximum
- Must have the dexterity to efficiently work with small parts.
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push and engage in repetitive physical movement
Pay range for this opportunity is $12.98 - $18.18. This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION] OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Part-time Employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid holidays based on their standard hourly work week. Full-time Employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time Employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
