As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team.
Our Interview Process:
At Palmetto Renovations of Columbia, Inc. we believe in finding the best talent and ensuring they're the right fit for our team. Our comprehensive interview process is designed to not only evaluate your skills and experience but also give you a taste of what it's like to work with us. Here's a breakdown of our process:
1. In-Person Interview with Assistant Operations Director: You'll have the opportunity to meet with our Assistant Operations Director to further discuss the position, your qualifications, and how you align with our company values.
2. Background Check and Drug Test: To ensure the safety and security of our team and clients, we conduct a thorough background check and drug test as part of our hiring process. This process typically takes 1.0-1.5 week(s).
3. Final Interview with Company Officers: If you pass the background check and drug test you will meet with the two officers of Palmetto Renovations of Columbia, Inc. to discuss job expectations and compensation at which time they will inform you if you will move forward to the orientation internship. You will also negotiate your starting wage based on the salary range posted online and your experience for your 90-day probationary period.
4. Orientation Intern to Full-Time Hire: The first 2-3 days are set aside as "Orientation" to get a good working knowledge of the company, its background and your role within the company as well as completing challenge-based-learning videos and quizzes that involve lessons on industry wide professionalism. This orientation process is paid at a rate of $12.50/hour. Once outside of your internship, your full-time salary will take effect for the duration of your probationary period.
Position Overview
The Renderings Specialist plays an integral role in the material retail and design process of our renovations, assisting with design consultation and demonstrating selections via photorealistic 3D renderings of exterior elevations, interior spaces, digital staging, floor plans, and amenity concepts. They create detailed drawings and blueprints, considering aesthetics, functionality, safety regulations, and building codes, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure structural feasibility. Serving as a key assistant to the Design Manager , Interior Design Specialist(s) and Fulfillment Manager, the Renderings Specialist ensures that designs meet client needs and enhance the overall environment throughout the material selection and project specification process.
