2025 US Undergraduate Internship

FOOTWEAR DESIGNER + Color Material & GraphicS Footwear CCP (Sportswear/Running)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Footwear project (Rooted in Sportswear/Running) and Color/Material (2 projects)
• SMU and CAD creation
• Provide team with competitor landscape (product)
• Manage samples and promo/seeding.
• Support at color/review meetings
• Support at seasonal milestones
• Organize/manage on foot sample photoshoot(s)
• Schedules touch bases with key markets & special guests (to promote higher cross-functional visibility and collaboration)

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Interests: Footwear, Running, Sportswear, Fashion. Can speak fluently and passionately about the industry, innovations, trends.
• Both creative and business minded. Thinks about the end consumer, specifically around sneakers, but also in the context of their day-to-day life.
• Operationally/executionally oriented. Likes working within a framework.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University
• Anticipated graduation date is between December 2025 and August 2026
• Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
• Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2025

In early 2024, we began the three chapter journey into the future, centered on our new brand campaign, You Got This. "You Got This" is designed to motivate everyone to overcome pressure and realize their personal potential.

Instead of a cover letter, please submit a 1-page PDF answering the following prompt: Show us who you are and what “You Got This” means to you. This is your chance to think outside the box, show adidas your authentic self and what makes you passionate about joining the Brand. The only requirement is that the adidas 1-Pager is submitted as a PDF. It can be in any format such as print, visual, written, digital, a link, etc.
